Huya Craft Coffee is a family-owned and operated café, passionately run by David and Shayna Hines. The journey began in 2016 when David and Shayna launched Brewed Over, a mobile coffee shop serving specialty drinks from a converted utility trailer. It was during this time that they connected with Kily LaGarde, a regular customer and coffee enthusiast. In early 2020, Kily approached the Hines family with the idea of turning their mobile operation into a brick-and-mortar café, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, Huya Craft Coffee opened its doors in August 2020. In June 2022, David and Shayna bought out Kily, and the Hines family has since operated the shop independently.

At Huya, quality and precision are at the heart of everything we do. Every drink is carefully crafted using specific recipes to ensure a consistently excellent experience. Alongside our exceptional coffee, Huya is proud to serve a variety of delicious food, including our Award-Winning Boudin Poptart, which has quickly become a local favorite.

The Hines family has made Huya a cornerstone of the Youngsville community, providing a welcoming space for students, families, and coffee lovers alike. Our mission is to offer a unique coffee culture that blends creativity, great flavors, and a strong sense of community.
